As Associate Dean for Development, Natasha de Luna leads the College’s fundraising, alumni engagement, corporate and foundation relations, and philanthropic partnerships. In her role, she leads a collaborative development team and partners with university and academic leaders to align philanthropic investment with institutional priorities.
Since joining Lehigh in 2022, de Luna has expanded external partnerships and strengthened philanthropic support across the College, securing millions of dollars for interdisciplinary research, the sciences, mathematics, arts, humanities, and experiential learning.
Prior to Lehigh, she served as Chief Development Officer for Temple University’s College of Public Health and School of Social Work, leading record-setting fundraising and launching the college’s first capital campaign.
A Certified Fund Raising Executive, de Luna has completed advanced training through the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy, Plus Delta Partners, and Temple University. She is active in CASE and AFP, and has held leadership roles with national advancement organizations.
In 2025, de Luna received Lehigh’s Living a Growth Mindset Award. Known for her collaborative leadership, she builds high-performing teams and partnerships connecting philanthropic vision with institutional mission.
